Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the EarnedFrom platform ("Service") provided by Hotel Ads Global LLC ("EarnedFrom", "the Company", "we"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

EarnedFrom is a web-based analytics service that detects which marketing channel (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, direct traffic, phone and WhatsApp clicks, etc.) brought a visitor to your website and, where possible, connects that channel to real revenue or bookings.

2. Creating an Account

• You need a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Pricing and Plans

The Service is offered with a free trial of at least 14 days that does not require card details. Promotional campaigns may extend this period; the trial length that applies to you is shown when you sign up. To continue using the Service after the trial, you must subscribe to the Solo or Scale plan. Current prices and plan features are listed on our pricing page. Prices will not change without notice; any price change will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is given for unused time within a period (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).

5. Acceptable Use

While using the Service, you must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that violates the rights of others,
• Attempt to breach the security of the system or disrupt its operation,
• Misuse the tracking snippet to collect personal data without appropriate notice or consent.

6. Data Responsibility

When you add the EarnedFrom tracking snippet to your own website, you are responsible for that site's compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and any local laws that apply to your visitors) toward its visitors. EarnedFrom processes the data it provides only within the scope of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and content belonging to EarnedFrom are the intellectual property of the Company. Using the Service does not grant you any ownership over these elements.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, etc.) arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
